Accepted insurances and self pay
Self pay flat rate; $200 intake, $100 follow up sessions
Do not accept at this time: Blue Shield Of CA and Medical and Medicare Advantage HMO plans
Medicare plan B nuances: if you accepted this insurance at the age of 65 or under other circumstances, I am not able to accept you as a private pay or via your secondary insurance. I am working on credentialing with Medicare
Medicare plan B- private pay is not accepted with this insurance. Pending credentialing projected this summer
Medicare Advantage plans: will not be able to see you if HMO plan even as a private pay. Please check with your insurance if I am covered as a provider.
